Working with Your One-Point-of-Service PMA Claims Service Manager
As a Risk Management Services client, you will be partnered with a
PMA Claims Service Manager (CSM). You'll have one easy point of
contact that you can access for information, problem solving, support
and service.
Your Claims Service Manager will collaborate with you and a PMA Risk Control Professional to
identify pre- and post-loss drivers and develop client-specific action
plans for effective cost reduction.
