Christina Preisig joins The PMA Insurance Group as Senior Vice President of Managed Care

BLUE BELL, PA – May 13, 2008 – Christina Preisig has joined The PMA Insurance Group as Senior Vice President, Managed Care. Ms. Preisig is responsible for the successful execution of PMA's Managed Care Programs, including Preferred Provider Networks, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Medical Bill Review and Medical Management, including Case Management and Utilization Review-as well as the development of new medical cost containment initiatives. Ms. Preisig is accountable for the managed care programs for both The PMA Insurance Group as well as PMA Management Corp., PMA's longstanding third party services administrator.

For the last ten years, Ms. Preisig was Vice President of Managed Care Services Product and Business Development at Zurich Services Corporation. She has over 20 years of experience in managed care services and brings extensive expertise to her position, having served in a number of leadership roles involving case management, utilization review, bill review operations and network management. Ms. Preisig's background includes serving as Director of Bill Review Operations at Genex Services, Product Director at Healthcare Compare and Manager of Utilization Review for the Midwest Region at Intracorp.

Ms. Preisig received an MBA from the Executive Program at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Illinois. A graduate of Northeastern Illinois University, Ms. Preisig is a Registered Nurse.
