The PMA Insurance Group -- PMA Elite Coverage for Office Buildings

This PMA Elite industry group includes firms primarily engaged in the operation of non-residential buildings used as bank buildings, financial institutions and offices. This group contemplates either owners or lessors in which the owners or lessors are responsible for the maintenance of the building. Lawyers, architects or engineers and clinics are not eligible except for lessor's risk only. Habitational occupancies and strip shopping malls are not eligible for this industry group.
